MidPenn Legal Services is a nonprofit, public interest law firm providing free civil legal assistance to low-income residents and survivors of domestic violence in 18 counties in Central Pennsylvania: Adams, Bedford, Berks, Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, Schuylkill and York.

Get help with your criminal record, volunteer with the Clean Slate Screening Project, and learn about Clean Slate advocacy. Clean Slate uses technology to seal certain criminal records from public view. Arrest records will be sealed after charges are dropped and some minor conviction records will be sealed after 10 years.
